Recently, the United States Postal Service (USPS) has placed limitations on the shipment of lithium batteries outside of the United States....well it's more like a prohibition: we simply can't.
Many of our customers are located outside of the United States and while we don't mind offering free shipping for everyone, $80.00 to ship our lithium charging systems with other carriers isn't something that's possible.
We have a solution.
There is a new batteries option; customers can exchange the batteries included with a charging system for several options.
For example, instead of receiving two batteries, you can choose to receive a carrying pouch or other accessories; options vary depending on which version of a charging system you're interested in.
You'll have to buy lithium batteries separately.
An important feature of our charging systems is providing a complete package; since our batteries cannot be shipped outside of the United States until the foreseeable future, you'll have to buy them elsewhere.
We cannot recommend where lithium batteries should be acquired; our batteries are from manufacturers and suppliers, not retail stores.
Many online shops sell lithium batteries with false capacity ratings and there are virtually no local retailers anywhere in the World that make high-capacity lithium batteries for sale.
When possible, use online shops that have customer reviews for a lithium battery you're interested in.
For this reason, if you are a customer outside of the United States (including U.S. international destinations) and are comfortable with purchasing lithium batteries elsewhere, use our exchange option. While we can't extend warranty coverage for your batteries, nothing else changes - we're here if you need support.
